Leaving behind the seaside and entering in the Nervia Valley, we pass through a wide range of colours typical of Ponente Ligure, reaching a small village called Isolabona. Keeping the main road towards Pigna we find the “Agriturismo” U CIAN, new and typical place where customers can try the ancient tastes of the land in a very quiet and comfortable atmosphere. A special, big and warmly equipped dining room is dedicated to ceremonies. The whole family is involved in this project run out by Davide, the chef, who did his training with some of the best chef of the area, especially four years with Mario Muratore in Monte-Carlo Hotel de Paris. That’s the aim of Claudio, Davide’s dad, who realize the house with fantasy and great ability just to realize his son’s passion: the kitchen.
